AI is part of how we build marketing systems for B2B tech companies. We use it for specific tasks, with clear limits and a person responsible for the result.
People review every result
We use AI to help with early drafts, code, and analysis. A person reviews and edits the output before it reaches a client or goes live.
Texts are edited by a human. Developers review and test code. A specialist checks and interprets analyses before we share them.
Kinekt does not use or build systems that make automated decisions about people.
We keep sensitive data out of AI tools
Personal data from your customers or end users does not go into AI tools. The same applies to confidential client documents, unless you have given written permission and the supplier’s terms allow us to use them.
We may use AI for our own drafts, source code without credentials or other secrets, and aggregated analytics data.
We assess tools before using them
Before an AI tool can be used for client work, we check its terms, security, data retention, and processing locations. The supplier must exclude client data from model training.
Our approved tools are recorded in an internal AI and model register, together with their classification under the EU AI Act. None of the AI applications we currently use falls into the high-risk category. Our own automated workflows run on self-managed servers in the EU.
Clients can request our full AI policy and the relevant entries from the register.
We monitor how AI is used
We log and review our automated workflows. If we plan to make a meaningful change to how AI is used in your work, we will discuss it with you beforehand.
