You’ve invested in your product but the market isn’t feeling it

A situation you might recognize:

In a technical environment marketing can feel like a secondary concern, unfortunately your product or service won’t sell without it.

Problem 1

Your brand doesn’t build the trust your product deserves

Your brand is the anchor point for your audience. If it’s not properly designed or applied, they will get confused and disoriented. Your business loses the opportunity to build a connection and trust with new and existing clients.

Problem 2

You lack real control over sales & marketing systems

Your current system is a mix of manual tasks (if you have one at all), patched workflows and old decisions that were forgotten two managers ago. You can feel that it’s slowing everything down.

Problem 3

You’ve tried fixes, but
the impact is nowhere to be found

Your neighbour built your site, a random freelancer built your dashboard and a local agency manages your CRM. But none of it connects well enough to significantly influence your growth.

Apply engineering logic to unlock marketing power

So how do you solve it?

Stop one-off efforts and start taking things seriously; you don’t build a house without a blueprint, so why should your marketing system be any different?

In 4 clear steps we use engineering principles to build a lasting marketing foundation for your organisation.

The full 4-step method

Scan your current system

Phase 1:

Every marketing system has untapped potential. In this step we find it: the gaps costing you leads, the tools that could work harder, and the quick wins you can act on right away.

Draft the blueprint

Phase 2:

This is where research turns into a plan you can act on. Clear priorities, realistic costs, and measurable goals, all aligned with the people who need to sign off on it.

Build and deploy your engine

Phase 3:

Now, everything comes together. Your branding, website, tools, and integrations, built and launched by one team that keeps you in control without taking over your calendar.

Iterate & improve

Phase 4:

Your system is live, now it’s time to make it better. Real user data shows us exactly where to tweak, so your conversion rates, ROI, and pipeline keep growing month over month.

Plan your discovery call

Step 1:

Plan a 30 minute discovery call to get to know us face to face. We’ll ask you some questions to determine the value we expect to deliver.

After this call you will:

  • Know if we’re a good fit for your business

  • What improvements you can roughly expect

  • In what timeframe we can deliver

Mapping the problem

Step 2:

Together we analyze your system and find bottlenecks that are in the way of better marketing results. You receive an extensive report.

During this phase you will:

  • Go through our guided scan to diagnose any problems

  • Receive a thorough report of our findings

  • Get an offer for a tailor-made solution

  • Improved results within 3 months of delivery

What Poor UX Actually Costs

At tech companies, technical thinking tends to dominate. UX challenges often get picked up “on the side”.

Read our frequently asked questions

Don’t make any rash decisions, we wouldn’t either

We get it: choosing an agency is a big decision, especially if you've been disappointed before. Here are honest answers to the questions we hear most often.

How much time do you need from our team?

We do our best to keep meetings and input to a minimum. If we can uncover something ourselves through your website, analytics, existing materials, sales documentation, or market context, we will do that first.

Where we do need involvement from senior leadership or key team members, we plan it clearly in advance. That way the right people are in the room at the right moment, and nobody loses half a week to vague workshops.

We’re growing fast and things internally are chaotic. Will working with you add more complexity?

No. Our entire approach is built to reduce chaos. We use a structured, engineering-friendly process so decisions are clear, steps are defined and your team never has to guess what’s happening. Most clients describe it as “finally having calm around the marketing and experience side of the business.”

How do I know if we’re a good fit for each other?

The simplest way is to just have a conversation. Our sales model isn’t built on pitches or long proposal cycles – it’s based on honest conversations. In a first call, we’ll quickly understand your product, your challenges and whether we can create real value for you.

If there’s a strong fit, it becomes obvious fast. And if not, we’ll say so just as quickly.

What is the next step if we think Kinekt might fit?

Start with a short conversation about the business problem, current marketing investment, internal team, and what you want to change.

If there is a fit, we will suggest the most sensible first step. If there is not, we will say so and point you in a better direction where we can.

How does Kinekt price its work?

We use value-based pricing. In practice that means two things:

  1. Your cost is tied to the value we can realistically create, not the number of hours we spend.

Tech companies don’t benefit from paying for time; they benefit from fast, measurable results. So we scope work around outcomes, not tasks.

  2. You get the highest possible return on your investment.

If we can’t create meaningful impact; clearer positioning, better conversion, fewer support tickets, or a marketing system that finally scales, we simply don’t take the project. There’s no point in “delivering a website”; the only point is delivering impact.

A project only moves forward when we’re confident the value we can generate outweighs the investment by a margin. That’s how we keep things fair, predictable and aligned with your growth goals.
